COSA has initited the Global Network for Career Guidance and Research (GNCGR) in collaboration with worldwide partners to aid individuals in making appropriate career choices. GNCGR activities are supported by accomplished researchers, career experts, mentors and coaches.

Successful careers are built by adapting to continuous learning and development. Latest technologies, advancing business models, dynamic customer needs and increased automation are paving way for new jobs and skills.

Adapting to the latest technologies is the need-of-the-hour.

➢ Work with global data for identifying and fulfilling existing and emerging employment opportunities.

➢ Explore and add new dimensions required for career succession.
➢ Help students with evaluation and guidance for enhanced career decision making.
➢ Provide adequate support and counselling by academic and industry experts.
➢ Conduct and assist in personality assessments tests latest tools and techniques as per organisational requirements.

Organisations are transitioning into the 4th Industrial Revolution, reshaping the way we live, work and connect. Unprecedented disruptions in business models and market demands are redefining the way organizations function with needs are becoming more and more dynamic. Individuals are required to multi-task, keeping oneself aligned to the latest technological trends.

➢ Collect and analyse data at regular intervals to understand prevailing organizational competencies.
➢ Highlight findings and advice universities / institutes to amend / incorporate changes in curriculum, pedagogy etc.

Creating livelihood opportunities for the youth (OYE) is an innovative COSA project. OYE aims at creating livelihood opportunities and improving the financial status of people and improving the quality of life. The focus is not confined to livelihood and income, but towards holistic development of people.
➢ Beneficiaries are socially and economically uplifted, with improved purchasing power, better nutrition, education and quality of life.
➢ Training and engagement in employment or / and entrepreneurial activities.
➢ Informative campaigns about rights, government schemes etc.
➢ Providing education, scholarships, fellowships and facilitating financial loans to the needy.
➢ Engaging in vocational education through government schemes and offering 100 per cent employment opportunities.
➢ Promoting youth as entrepreneurs with training and funding.
➢ Empowering women through social support systems.
➢ Developing fair trade practice in market for rural women.
➢ Mobilize and motivate people belonging to backward and marginalised sections in mapping and capacity building

COSA is working on livelihood and skill development in Maharashtra, Hyderabad, Tamil Nadu and Odisha in India.
