1. Listing of the household those wish to work on SHG’s economic development project from the villager household data
2. Formation of SHG’s for economic development project or utilizing existing SHG’s for project.

4. Signing agreement with the SHG’s or a Joint liability groups for implementing project. 
5. Writing proposal for the skill development and business unit for finance. 
6. Identifying government schemes for SHG’s skill development. 
7. Submitting proposal to the bank/ funding agency/ government. 
8. Agreement with the company for the buyback of the SHG’s products. 
9. Identifying funding agency for gap funding if required. 
10. Agreement with the Government agency for providing SHG’s training. 
11. Training to the SHG’s on the various skill as per aspiration. 
12. Identifying government scheme for skill development and starting social business unit. 
13. Applying for the scheme. 
14. Developing MIS system for the project. 
15. Monitoring the project by the volunteers and students. 
16. Selling of the SHG’s product.
